Our Communities, Our Responsibility
It is not enough to live, work and thrive in this world. We have an obligation to help people in need. It’s an obligation our employees fully embrace. That’s why, in 1998, we founded the HERO Foundation, to provide a way for our team to support those in need in the communities in which we live. Each year, as we celebrate our achievements, few match the pride inspired by the impactful actions of our employees through the HERO Foundation.
How It Works
HERO is proud to be employee-led and funded. Individuals from across the firm are encouraged to participate in various committees focused on fundraising, grant-making and management. We identify those in need through employee referrals and partnerships with various community groups.
