Harbert Management Corporation and XLB Property have reached 100% occupancy at Farnborough Business Park, less than two years since their purchase and at which time the Park had a 25% vacancy rate.

Corporate Media Partners has taken the remaining 14,920 sq ft at a headline rent of £22 per sq ft. This follows recent lettings to Capquest, Vaillant and Winsopia who have leased 20,138 sq ft, 9,604 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft respectively. These deals follow the freehold sale of the 36,000 sq ft Meadowgate to TAG Aviation late last year.
