HEGCF – B2X Becomes Nubia’s Customer Care Partner In India
Nubia has just partnered up with B2X in India. Nubia has decided to make B2X a strategic customer care partner for India, as B2X is a leading technology-enabled provider of customer care services in India. This company actually offers customer care services for mobile devices and other consumer electronics gadgets, while the company also operates an ‘extensive network’ of SMARTBAR walk-in service centers in India.
Speaking of SMARTBAR walk-in service center, these centers are utilized by a number of leading smartphone manufacturers out there, including Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Lenovo and OnePlus, for example. Nubia is, as many of you know, a China-based smartphone manufacturing company, but they’re doing their best to expand their operations in other markets as much as possible, which is why Nubia decided to partner up with B2X. The company currently operates in North America, South America, Europe, Russia, Southeast Asia and India. Nubia seems B2X as a great solution for customer care services in India, as the company says that B2X employs “highly qualified support experts” which will provide face-to-face support for consumers which are using Nubia’s smartphone in India, and repair the company’s devices in the country if necessary.
“With the B2X partnership in India, we are extremely excited to write the next chapter of Nubia’s growth story,” said Ying Deng, Head of the customer service at Nubia. B2X can provide walk-in service support in all big Indian cities at 34 locations, while more service centers will join the existing ones in the next couple of months. B2X’s employees are certified customer support experts and certified service engineers, which makes B2X one of the leading companies in India in this regard. That being said, Nubia had managed to sell 10 million smartphones in 2015, which is a 100% more than they were able to ship out in 2014. We still do not have the company’s sales numbers for 2016, though, but it seems like they’re doing fairly well. Nubia is eager to continue pushing their devices to new and existing markets, and it seems like the company is focusing on India, which makes sense considering this is the second largest smartphone market in the world.
