HEREF – GFKL Lowell Group expands at Leeds Valley Park
European credit manager GFKL Lowell Group is upsizing at XLB and Harbert Management Corporation’s Leeds Valley Park development after taking an extra 45,647 sq ft of offices.
GFKL Lowell has agreed terms for the ground, first and second floors within the 60,000 sq ft Darwin Building, which it plans to use as offices for its new subsidiary Lowell Solicitors Ltd, launched last year.
