HEREF – Habaneras Shopping Center May Change Hands Again
The Habaneras shopping center, in Spain, may be sold again. The Harbert European Real Estate Fund is negotiating its sale with socimi Castellana Properties, managed by the South American fund Vukile, for €80 million.
The shopping was built in 2005 by Metrovacesa, and since then has been owned by Unibail-Rodamco in 2008 and by Harbert, who bought it for €65 million.
It has a total of 24,158 m2, 70 stores distributed over 3 floors and 800 parking spaces, counting on brands such as Zara or H&M. According to EjePrime, it closed last year with 4 million visitors, and sales of €5 million.
