May 2025 - HMC Announces Cynthia Ho, CFA, CIAA has joined the firm as Managing Director, Capital Formation

Harbert Management Corporation announces that Cynthia Ho, CFA, CAIA has joined the firm as Managing Director, Capital Formation. Cynthia brings over 15 years of global fundraising and investor relations experience, most recently as a Partner and COO at Mercury Capital Advisors. She previously held roles in New York, London, and Sydney at Actis, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank. In her new role as Head of Project Management, Cynthia will lead all operational aspects of fundraising, marketing, and communications across all our funds and products. We are excited to have Cynthia join our team.
