The Donerail Group is a new special situations hedge fund that will invest opportunistically in public equity securities with defined and architected paths to value creation.
Donerail focuses on U.S. equities with potential for transformational change or those experiencing some form of temporary dislocation in their business. Each core investment made by the Fund is intended to generate a co-investment opportunity, providing scale, additional control, catalyzing value creation, and offering private equity, structured credit, or preferred equity origination opportunities. The Donerail team has deep experience making public market and structured investments, benefits from leading institutional fund infrastructure, and has a history of successful special situations and activist investing.
Mr. Wyatt is the Founder and CIO of Donerail. Prior to starting Donerail, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Starboard Value. Prior to Starboard, Mr. Wyatt served in a variety of investment and leadership roles at Empyrean Capital, Magnetar Capital, and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Bowman is a founding partner of Donerail and serves as a Senior Analyst. Prior to Donerail, Mr. Bowman worked at Corvex Management and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Calvert is a founding partner of Donerail and serves as a Senior Analyst. Prior to Donerail, Mr. Calvert worked at Starboard Value and Credit Suisse.
Mr. Luter is Research Analyst for Donerail. Prior to Donerail, he worked at Ares Management and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
